We also provide in-network coverage for a number of major benefit providers, including Moda Health and other Delta Dental plans. No two dental benefit plans are exactly alike even if they are provided by the same insurer. For that reason, we’ll need to carefully review your policy before providing an accurate estimate of the out of pocket costs of dental care. In most cases, your Moda Health and Delta Dental insurance policies will provide the greatest amount of coverage for preventive dentistry services, typically between 80 and 100% for services like checkups and teeth cleanings. For minor restorative dentistry services like tooth-colored filling, your benefits will typically cover between 70 and 80% of the cost of treatment. Dental crowns, replacement teeth, and other more advanced restorative services usually receive 50 to 70% coverage.
